Turkey Meatballs


Ingredients

  • 2 pound ground turkey

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 4 garlic cloves diced

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon oregano

  • 1 teaspoon basil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 3 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Preheat 400 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix well

  3. Shape the mixture into 1 in balls

  4. Bake for 15 - 20 mins. (an internal thermometer should read 165 degrees for 15 seconds)

  5. Add to your favorite sauce!
