This Simple Blueberry Smoothie is Amazing!


Blueberries have so many benefits such as supporting a healthy gut and digestion. They are also filled with antioxidants along with fiber and calcium. For this smoothie, you can use any milk of your choice. I prefer to use oat milk. Adding cinnamon will helps reduce inflammation and supports your metabolism!


Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • Handful frozen or fresh spinach

  • 1 cup milk of your choice

  • Dash of cinnamon

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.
