Peanut Butter Overnight Oats


Overnight oats are a quick and easy breakfast solution that you can prepare the night before. You will only need 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to prep.


Ingredients

  • Chia seeds

  • Rolled oats or any oats you want to use

  • Milk (regular milk, oat milk, or almond milk)

  • Peanut butter or almond butter

  • Maple Syrup (or other sweetener of your choice like honey, agave, etc.)


1/2 cup of milk + 3/4 tbsp Chia seeds + 1/2 cup rolled oats = Perfect overnight oats.


1. Grab a small bowl or mason jar with a lid. Add milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir it. The peanut butter doesn't need to be entirely mix.


2. Add the oats, stir, and press down with a spoon to make sure all the oats are moist and immersed in the milk.


3. Cover with a lid or seal it, and let it refrigerate overnight.


4. The next morning add any toppings. I like to add bananas, strawberries, and drizzle honey.
