How to Stop Procrastinating by Managing your Emotions

As we find ourselves amidst the holiday season, I'd like to share this simple exercise as well as a post that could assist you in recognizing your emotions when dealing with procrastination.


PAUSE AND DO THIS: Place one hand over your heart, one hand on your belly. Close your eyes, take one big inhale through the nose, exhale let it all go. Repeat 2x


Taking a pause and breathing is doing something for you. it doesn’t have to be this big thing. Allow these small moments to be an act of loving ourselves.
